1. Guided By Our Leaders
The True North Team is led by our Senior Leaders – Ben & Rose Wood and led locally by our Location Pastor Robbie White. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. Robbie along with the Operations Team serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.
2. Protected by our Board of Trustees
Our Trustees are members of the congregation appointed by the Senior Leaders to oversee the finances, compliance, legal and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Senior Leaders regarding the major financial commitments of the church. The Trustees serve as Board Members.

3. Strengthened by our Overseers
The Overseers are trusted members of the ROAR Church Network who have gifting in spiritual leadership and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church. They may be called upon to help in accountability matters relating to the Location Pastors or Senior Leaders if requested to do so by the Ops Team or Trustees.
